you can use flash for transparency or the alpha filter.both are a good solution for ie png problem

man, it's not coder's problem, it's users problem - and they are ur ultimate judges. For those who use IE6, PNG transparency at this scale would take AGES to load, slow down their system as it'll have to be processed trough Javascript - etc etc. Usability - is a king, as after all websites are made to be used by people, so they must have a good expirience on a website, not just to please the eye.
but once again - good design, but a bit "impossible" at this stage of browser standarts support issue.

Nice design. It's nice and clean. Like the colors also and the navigation hover effect, that's really good.

Well you're gonna have a hell of a time coding it, that's for sure. The design is pretty good, but not really fitting for such a company. It's a design you'd rather use for an entertainment site of sorts. But since this is a professional company, stick to a white background and black text which keeps it easy to read.
