Love it! I do have one question though, for the middle layer, the one where the picture goes --- what exactly were the things you did to make it stick right inside of the bubble of the button? Like on my PSD I have a

kind of symbol, though it's hard to make it properly here but if I just put a reg layer there, it doesn't have that, so I guess it's something special to do it but I'm wondering what?

That is a clipping layer - you can make it by placing your mouse cursor on the line between the two layers while holding the ALT key.
