Description
what was left behindcerulean clouds
veiled in my eyes
crimson lightning
stretched among those skies
forever at a dead end
longing carried across endless seas
salt water thrashing all around
shedding from the cerulean clouds within me
the clouds they call
at awkward times
moments without
reason and rhyme
forgetfulness haunts
the foggy landscape
these are the moments of peace
the moments of escape
then the clouds come rushing in…
Sunny moments also come
despite the clouds and tremulous sea
the sunny times of moments once shared
the things you taught to me…
Always I miss you
Dwindling never
Dangerous sea erosion
In danger of consuming me
Ever threatening my sanity
How I miss you, Addie….
How I miss you
How
I
miss
you…
My angelic…
…rotund but cheerful
whom everyone adored…
grandmother
I'm what was left behind
but…
…I take you with me
wherever I go…

i think i just wanted to incorporate the pretty word cerulean lol but I do love that part, i also love the red lightning because i was thinking of bloodshot eyes there

hmm I see... the forked vines of bloodshot eyes certainly look comparable to lightning.
