I think that this was just entirely stunning! it was a beauifull mix of blues greens and obviosly starfish :-D i love what you did to the bottom of the eyethe shimmery gold like the seawees or sunken treasure!
1 the red mascara was a bit clumped
2 mabey after the gold you could do a bit more blue then some emerald green slash like seaweed?
I love ariel too! i saw a pantomime and the girl ould have looked waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay better if she had this make up!

Such art work I mean gold glitter plastic gems a freaking starfish the blue make up fits so well with the color of the eye itself!And the way you paired the red lashes with the red eyebrow is practicly the definition of EPIC and those white dots seem so simple but look really cool because it's only you when you look closer that you see them and then you're thinking "Why didn't I see those sooner?"let us bask in the glory of this MASTERPEICE that you have created and put around your eye. Just beautiful don't you think? I do!

Wow! I was so impressed by this. So many people would do Ariel make up as blue and green eye shadow and maybe some swirly eyeliner. This is truly original in the use of glitter below the lower lashes and the jewels. It makes her seem part of the sea, with the glitter mimicking the sand and the way the jewels and starfish bead are scattered as if on a shore line. I love the red eye lashes as it really shows that this is meant to be Ariel, however they are a little clumpy and maybe in future an eyelash comb would be useful. Other people have mentioned that the starfish bead looks too much like a bead. I'm going to be honest, I didn't even realise it was a bead with a hole until I read the other comments and critiques. At first glance I didn't notice the hole, but I don't think it makes that much of a difference to the beauty of the piece.
The use of colour is striking and screams "OCEAN". Also the colour of the eyes reflects the make up beautifully and it all ties in very well together.

You are just striking as Ariel! You set forth to capture the essence of Ariel, her young wholesomeness, and her desire for adventure. I say you captured this with your vision, allowing your fresh face to shine through under your makeup, allowing that youthful glow of freckles sprinkled on your cheeks. As for her desire for adventure, the gems sprinkled here and there could be from her treasure trove. As far as originality, you definately captured this aspect with the red hair, matching eyebrows, but you went that one step further, and added red eyelashes. For Technique and Impact, sandy glitter, white dot sea-spray, and the different depths of water you created with the blue hues, pull this masterpiece together.
And yes, as in all your work, you add that one signature piece that is just "you"-this time it's the starfish. Just beautiful!

This is absolutely beautiful. The use of colors is spectacular, and I almost feel like I can go swimming in her eyes. I've never seen anything like it before. I mean, I've seen makeup jobs, sure, and even ones based on Disney characters, but this one is different. All of it really captures the essence of the beach - ocean, sand, animals, and everything else. I only noticed a couple things that I think could be a bit different - First, the eyelashes. It's a cute idea to have them match the hair, and I like that, but they're a liiiiittle clumpy. I don't think it takes away from the entire thing, though. And then the hole in the starfish bead - putting that there was a GREAT idea too, because it's what a lot of people think about when they think of the ocean, but the hole kind of screams "BEAD" and not "LIVING ANIMAL ON A FACE." That could be fixed in a matter of seconds in Photoshop.

A true design of originality and an expressive feel of colors. Noticing the eye color shows brightness to it's surroundings, from the realistic sea star to the splash of purple and blue eye shadow. Every detail is shown to out wit the others. Not forgetting to dye your eyelashes red was a perfect stroke of genius.
Vision is a 4 star because of its visionary asset
Originality is the whole package because of the inspiration.
Technique is 3 1/2 because many people use it this.
Impact is 3 stars because of present reviews, but come what may follow my friend

great use of colours that work together really really well to creak a creative but not to abstract piece of art, loving the use of glitter thst represents the sand of a sore line while the red of the eyelashes stand out against the various shades of blue that work together to create the sea / ocean.
