Beautiful detail and I love the pop of color!
I really love the amber-yellow-brownish hue of the eye. I think it grabs the attention of the viewer very well. I also like how it's different from the typical blue or green eyes seen more often (generally speaking).
The detail you've created here is stunning. I enjoy the tendrils, they remind me of exotic sea creatures.

About eyes.
I bought a comic sheet from Andy Smith a number of years ago. He was part of the CrossGen team that brought us "The First". Anyways, the 11X14 sheet just had five panels of eyes, top to bottom. They were a transition from one character to another. I asked him how much he wanted and he replied, "it's just eyes". I'm like, "So", so he says "$20" and now, I have a great original piece of art from a favorite comic.
