SO SORRY, EVERYONE. This base is actually NOT MS Paint friendly, it's a BINARY tool friendly SAI file. This message is LONG overdue. SO sorry for the confusion.Please let me know any problems that have. ALSO, RAISED PRICE.

Darn it, I bought it before it was announced "not MS paint friendly", which is weird because it worked for me.

Yeah, that's the thing, for some strange reason, it works for some people and doesn't for others... Like my sister Sararini purchased it just a few hours ago, and it said that it WAS a flat PNG file, and it worked on MS Paint... We were both baffled... Very strange.

Oh. Well, I'm a little confused about this problem. When I made this base, I mistakingly said it was MS Paint friendly, when it's not. It's actually just BINARY friendly on SAI, so really, you can only use it on SAI, but you use the BINARY tool. But what's confusing is that when my sister purchased it just an hour ago, she said that the file ISN'T a SAI file, it's a flat PNG file, so my mind is boggled. I will try to see what I can do to fix it, and if I do, I'll let you know, okay? c:Ā
