SO SORRY, EVERYONE. This base is actually NOT MS Paint friendly, it's a BINARY tool friendly SAI file. This message is LONG overdue. SO sorry for the confusion.Please let me know any problems that have. ALSO, RAISED PRICE.

Ugh, I am SO sorry for not replying sooner. :c Okay, so, here is what the problem is. When I uploaded the base, I mistakingly said that it was MS Paint friendly, when it's not. It is actually just BINARY friendly ON SAI, so that why people keep having this problem. I am going to fix it as soon as possible, so, would you like a refund? Or did you somehow fix it or figure it out?

It's actually just BINARY tool friendly ON SAI, so it's not a MS Paint file, it's a Sai file. Do you still want me to give you the correct file, or do you still want a refund, because I'd be happy to do either. c: I am going to fix this mistake, as soon as I am done replying to all these messages. Because it said someone purchased it today, and that would explain why it says it's a Sai. file ;;
