I am so happy with this. *3* Except for the freaking eye, haha. I just couldn't get it to look right. -.- But I love it! I love this picture! ♥This is my newest OC, I think I'll call her Ice Crystal, at least for now.
No base, reference, tutorials or help used.
Took about 5 altogether.
