I really wanted to do something for mermay, so I made a betta-inspired Undyne.
I thought it suited her because not only are betta fish are pretty, their swedish name is ‘kampfisk’, which literally translates to ‘combat fish’. XD
someone is bound to have already portrayed her as one, but I wanted to do my own version of it too. :’)

ooo that's very cleaver! and I had a red one XD he was so hyper. He usually swims shakly when he spots me walk in like he knows I feed him! lol Sadly he passed thanks to the horrible water in my new apartment ;-; I didn't realize till it was too late... I MISS MAH Scofield..

I love the texture of her fins! The musculature and the way the scales get smaller toward her tailtip also look great.
