There are a few anatomical corrections (eg her elbows are too high, and her head isn't in proportion) that could be fixed by standing up, and checking where things go, but other than that I think this shows potential. I notice the hands are hidden... they're so tricky aren't they!
Your clothing design is wonderful

Anatomically:
The shoulders are much, much too wide in comparison with the waist and hips, and need to be less taught (in other words, not like a shrug).
Her neck, hips and waist are about half as thick as they should be.
Her bellybutton is too far down (should be barely below the waist) and her wrists are much too thin.
She has no ears, and her face is too wide and tapered (pointed).
Style-wise/execution:
It's a full-on frontal pose and is way too easy to half-ass. You didn't do that bad of a job on the design, but the typical anime face isn't well-done, and her hair just stops.
There isn't much depth to it, which is one of the pros of this pose.
You took the easy way out with the hands, and hid them. And the eyes, and only drew one.
Overall:
I think this is one of the biggest mistakes a beginning artist can make, starting with anime. Good anime art can only be done two ways, one good, one bad:
1. The bad way: You perfect your anime style so that you can make any generic-looking anime picture look good, but have no other real artistic talents.
2. The good way: You study realism and work on making sure everything you do artistically is correct and then use that to make your own style (be it anime or not) and therefore have flexibility as an artist.
So basically, cut the anime until you are accurate in mostly everything else you draw. Anime is a horrible foundation for art. I should know.
