Well, here it is
A tutorial *requested, of course* that i have made so people will understand how to make simple sparkle brushes on GIMP:
* regular sparkle brushes (for everyday sparkle)
and...
* DIAMOND sparkles (for the extra razzle dazzle
)welll, have fun! did anyone find it useful?

this is for the GIMP version 2.6.11 and also for version 2.8.2 ^^

OK, sorry I phrased that last comment wrong. I do know how to make brushes but I don't know how to make them downloadable, and I only know how to make the brush on GIMP.
If you look through my gallery, under "tutorials and resources", you find the GIMP sparkle brush tutorial. Hope this helps ^^

I don't know how yo make brushes on SAI, sorry ^^. There are plenty of tutorials around for SAI brushes tho, but you wont be able to do much with them unfortunately ^^
