I was originally planning to call this "The EUP of Winter", but the Rarity of the base didn't fit the 3rd pony very well, so we just stuck with these two. I have a headcanon that there are god/goddess ponies representing each holiday/season of the ponies. Their purpose is to maintain order and spread the connotative emotions of their holiday/season throughout the year.

Name: Mistletoe
Nickname(s): Missy, Joy

Bio: Mistletoe is the spirit of Christmas. She is a generally joyful pony whose task is to spread Christmas cheer throughout Equestria during all twelve months of the year. After all, ponies can remain generous and kind toward each other during the whole year, right? She became the immortal spirit of Christmas when she was found stringing lights throughout Equestria, attempting to unite ponies of different species, as she lived during the time of inter-species segregation before Equestria was officially formed. She was also known to donate most of her already tight funds to children living at orphanages, especially around Christmas time, making sure each foal was able to receive a gift each and every year. Eventually, Angelwing and the rest of the Council of Immortal Spirits became aware of her good deeds, and transformed her into another immortal being.

Bio: Angelwing is the first of the angelponies, and was originally designated the queen. She denied to have anything to do with the throne, and prefers to protect and serve ponykind, rather that sitting on her flank ordering others to do as she pleases. She is a guardian angel, insistent on protecting anypony and everypony who is kind enough to pass on the gift of generous spirit.
