A Picture of Italia when she was really little. She isn't old enough to be dubbed a Chibi. So we have Baby!Italia.

Italia was , and still is, a crybaby.

She'd often cry at little things that normally wouldn't upset people. Like when he borther left her alone for more than 5 minutes. Some one useing a loud voice. Or even the sound of a blender.

She was actually a very happy baby. But if she wasn't smiling, laughing, or asleep. She was balling her eyes out. She's about 1 and a half in this picture.

She waears the bright red jumper because she would crawl around a lot and they would loose her on some occasions. It easier to see a bright red crawling mass.

This is a picture of the second BEFORE she would start balling.She's probably crying because Romano put her down for more than 3 minutes or something.

She was and is, seen as adordable so she got away with alot of mischeif. She also got away with pet names. She didn't know how to say "Fratello",which is brother in italian, so she always called Romnao or Italy "Fubby".
