Description

This was a random idea, but I thought it would be fun to turn my old Danny Phantom OC, Portia, into a Gem from Steven Universe, considering she has a gemstone on her chest that holds her ghost powers. Once I made Gem Portia, I had to make her fellow halfa and frenemy, Dylan, into a Gem too.

Gem Portia is Chrysoprase and Gem Dylan is Pyrope. They are both from Homeworld. Chrysoprase is an upper class Gem and has more of a desk job position at the information headquarters than a fighting one. Pyrope is a scout for the army and does mostly spy-type work. Pyrope is a fire elemental while Chrysoprase… well I’m not sure about her weapon but she is agile when it comes to physical combat, although she doesn’t do a lot of it.
After having so much fun coming up with their gem designs I had to draw their fusion, Fire Opal. She’s not the most stable fusion, but she is big (a bit taller than Sardonyx) and dangerous. She has Pyrope’s ability to manipulate fire and Chrysoprase’s speed and balance, sooo you don’t wanna mess with her.
