I was kind of disappointed with Fate/Zero Berserker, no matter how badass he was.
Hear me out. Lancelot could have been an interesting character. He had a unique backstory that was intertwined with Saber's which could have led to some meaningful clashes between them. but most of his lines were"Raaaaahhhrrrggg!". Seriously, all TypeMOON had to do was make Lancelot Lancer and make Diarmuid Berserker. The plot would have been so much better!

In truth, his lines were "Asssssssaaaaaaaaaaa (Arthur)". Hey did you forget about 'But this much I can say with certainty,Β King Arthurβ¦Β You were the greatest among all kingsβ¦Β All who served youβ¦Β believed thus' TT^TT
Mmm, I don't know it would have changed their reasons to fight. Also, Diarmuid's tale is much less popular than Lancelot so people would have thought 'okay here is a man who went insane because every women loved him'. That would have made him less noble, less heroic. Also the interactions between Diarmuid and Arturia are kinda special because it seems like Arturia had never get along with someone that well before.
Though, it could have been interesting indeed.

yes, that's what it needed for balancing the power and logic of hero identity. but i wasn't talking about your concept nor noble phantasm logic. i was just trying to say, dansleif's appearance really suits to lancelot but not as good as arondight.
