Ability: Cyber-Area- Creates an area where Electric-type attacks have a chance to poison. Electric-type moves can also damage Earth-types.

Conspiracy solving and gathering intel are what Rusty lives for- but its a dangerous lifestyle. When he needs an extra bit of power on his side, he calls on his Minis...but for a hands-on approach, he becomes Bit Rot Rusty! This fusion is only capable when ARTEMIS sets up a Cyber-Area, where cyberspace and the real world merge. With ARTEMIS able to make her electrical body solid in this area, she's able to fuse with Rusty to boost his overall performance.

This kind of fusion doesn't really meld Rusty and ARTEMIS's personalities- just their minds and bodies. ARTEMIS speaks to Rusty, while Rusty himself controls the body. Nonetheless, their combined intelligence allows Bit Rot Rusty to calculate his next move in mere milliseconds. One could argue that Rusty is a bit more calm and composed in this state, in comparison to his usual paranoia, which may cloud his otherwise remarkable problem-solving skills.

Bit Rot Rusty is a powerful hacker who can materialize solid objects from data, including weapons and traps. He can even infect things and people he touches with a technological virus which can corrupt computer systems- and people. With these skills, Bit Rot Rusty is excellent for sabotage and intelligence. Usually, ARTEMIS needs a Cyber-Area to fuse with her teammates, but Rusty's "Distant Cousin" mask can generate its own Cyber-Area, allowing the two to fuse at any time. The mask is highly protected under Bit Rot Rusty's helmet, but a strong enough blow can render it inoperable.

Moves:

Cy-Area Cannon: (Electric|Special) The user releases a damaging stream of programmed electricity. This move always cuts the opponent's health in half, regardless of Type or Abilities.

Mental Signal: (Mental|Special) The user sends electronic impulses to the opponent's brain which may cause confusion.

Data Strike: (Electric|Physical) Solidified electricity is used to damage the opponent. May inflict paralysis.

Theory Synthesis: (Mental|Status) The user calculates where the opponent will strike next. This allows their next move to land without fail.

Skill Storage: (Electric|Status) Collects information from the opponent's last move and mimics it. The Type of the mimicked move will be Electric.

Lightning Evade: (Electric|Status) The user warps at lightning speed to avoid incoming attacks. This fails if used in succession.

Ultimate Move: Y2K Deletion. (Electric|Special) Bit-Rot Rusty empowers himself with the Y2K virus, and attacks with full force. This move inflicts a OHKO if the targets have been poisoned.
