I don't now have to make icon/animations. All I have is paint, nothing more advanced. Plus, I'm not even sure how to change my current icon to a moving one. please, a little help?

well you can make one in paint
All you have to do is download the base, seperate it into different 50/50 icons
and try to make each one look as similar as possible.
then you go to iaza.com, use the transparency option, make all of their backgrounds transparent and then click on Frame Animation and download each frame in order. and voila
all you have to do is save it and check how big it is
your icon must be under 15 kb, and the icon you would have made will probably be more than that
so you go to this website here [link]
and upload your gif into that
right click and save the smallest one, which might or might not be under 15 kb
if it is not under 15 kb still, still save it then go back and refresh the page, upload the reduced icon you just saved and reduce it again
repeat the last step until you get it to just under 15 kb
after your 3rd time of reducing, though, it should be under 15 kb, probably about 14.5 kb or something, maybe a little less
then you just go to your settings and upload your icon and voila
