Made this for a friend. First time I ever vectored anything and my first real submission on deviantArt too.Edit: I realized that I completely ignored the aspect ratio when I first made this.. she ended up skinnier and taller than she should have been. I redid it completely and used a better source, so now you can see the full hat and cape and more of her legs.
