Aside from Trixie Tang, Tootie has a new rival... And it's Chloe! I don't know why, but she called her Sandy Cheeks for some reason. Tootie started to hate her since she's the new girl in town.
Erm, in this illustration, Chloe and Missy are best girl friends, and Missy was Tootie's former rival.
Any thought about this? Enjoy. This is just my creative imagination.
