Do you use dynamic tilling or do place the windows yourself?

cwm is not a tiling manager. Although, it is very easy to mimic a tiler's behavior at will. So the placing on this screen is manual.

I'd like to know how you did that "vitunes status" thingie, in the upper-left corner of your screenshot...

Glad to see another one. The status thingie is nothing more than mplayer status piped into conky, that's all. I can pass the conkyrc if you are interested.
