Fun fact, this OC was going to be an adoptable.But I fell in love with them.

I think Messy can relate to Kaine. He is a Jolteon wants to stay a Baby Jolteon forever. His Story is told on his reference page, but, I think Kaine and Messy could be good friends. Messy is similar because he's part Glaceon due to having Snow Cloak for his ability and Ice Fang in his attacks, but, lacks the Ice Typing although he has Ice Fang. He's not 1/2 both like Kaine, but, he has Blue Fur to show he's got DeepFreeze's Blood for Blue Fur. Kaine is kind of like a fusion.

I've read the bio on Messy's reference. His character's really unique. ^^ Yeah, it was intentional for their fusion appearance, mainly due to a problem with their evolution (I'll go more into their backstory if you wish, but I'm planning to hopefully create a comic of their backstory, so I'll have to send it over note.). I can see them at least hanging out, though Kaine would definitely be cautious and standoffish at first due to paranoia. (I ended up basing this character on a song, which inspired Kaine (which will likely be obvious due to their name lol): youtu.be/6gilH6f2hHk )

Messy also has a similar problem, if anyone calls him Mommas Boy or Diaper Jolteon, he will cry. But, I think that Kaine could be either a Good Friend of Messy or his "Older Brother", I know that Kaine is your OC, but, Maybe our OCs could be siblings/ friends. Messy evolved into Jolteon after hatching, so he knows what it's like to immediately evolve. Also, does Kaine still carry the Virus? Or is Kaine cured? He has no reason to worry about Messy, DeepFreeze or Mizuki.

Sorry, I didn't see the edited comment earlier. Admittedly, I'm sorry if I sound rude like this, but I usually prefer my characters being very close to other people's characters if I know the person very well as a friend. Anyway, I'm still okay with them being friends. A unique trait about the virus, is that once it finishes, it spreads once (but is gone after). Due to that, Kaine doesn't have it anymore.

Ok then. Messy will probably ask him why he (Kaine) hates the way they look. Kaine will get used to it. Kaine is beautiful no matter what, I love the idea of duel typed Eevee Evolutions, you should send Nintendo a Picture of Kaine so they can work on Prematurely evolving Pokemon. It's fine since you don't want him to be Messy's Brother/ Sister.
