It is very common here and once it starts to grow almost impossible to kill.Β To tell you the truth I do not know its name.Β

This actually looks like two plants growing in the same spot- a Rose bush and a Clematis vine (the fuzzy seed heads). Β

The plant is one of species of roses. These "hairy" structures might be galls of Diplolepis rosae (rose bedeguar gall, Robin's pincushion gall, moss gall)

It's very interesting, I did not hear about these insects. 99% of individuals are females, which reproduce themselves by parthenogenesis. The reason for this is probably symbiotic bacteria that live in their ovaries.
As for the picture, there is still another possibility -Β 2 plants - rose and something else.
