I wish I would have bought that lens. I made the mistake of buying the Tamron 18-200. I was so unhappy with it that I gave it to a librarian. She thought it was wonderful.

There is an other lens Nikkor 18-14o 3.5-5-6 that is what I use now and it is quite good, It is not as expensive as the other one.

I have never had an expensive lens so it seems good to me. It is the best zoom I have ever used.
I use my Nikon 35mm most of the time now. I like it if I can shoot with just one hand. My other hand is usually occupied. I am very disappointed when 18 -140 lens does not focus quickly enough or if there is not enough light. With my 35mm I can use digital zoom in Photoshop if I am not close enough when I use the 35
I wish I had a lens that was between a 35mm and 55mm. I think that would be the perfect focal length.
I lost my Nikon 55mm. I am happy it was a cheap one.
