The movement is smooth, but that background looks like it's moving a bit slow. It looks more like the pace of a power walk, not a run. Cute though!

Wow! I can't imagine animating pixels...I should try. Did you use Flash and Photoshop together on this?

I think animating pixels is pretty relaxing and fun, takes a long time though! You definitely should try! This was done entirely in Photoshop.
