Description
Neptune is my fave planet dragon to draw traditionally ;w; I just love how the colors come out~I just wish I knew how to make his markings look like they're glowing but no idea how to do that traditionally o: I've seen other people do that ndsk Unless it's edited in digitally idk xD

I honestly can't think of how to make a glow in traditional media...
But great as always! I always love to see artists go traditional

When using colored pencil I like to erase lightly around whatever is glowing. If not colored pencil, I would outline the area you want glowing and color it in with a lighter version of whatever the glow is in front of. Then, blend the outer edges so that itβs a gentle edge. Either method would create the glow effect.
Beautifully done! I havenβt seen any of your traditional drawings yet, this is wonderful! Lovely expression and marvelous colors, I agree!
