I'm not sure how many people here will get what I'm saying, but the look of, ahem, Pyro-Spyro kinda reminds me of firescale dragons from the Wings of Fire series.
Dang, now that wants me to write a bizzare WoF AU where Spyro is randomly injected into it, goes to liberate Peril from the clutches of Queen Scarlet and randomly ship them in a strange crackfic due to the whole firescales thing.
(actually I might tag you in this too, zhidkovv , because we've been talking about WoF a lot lately.

I can see the stuff happening, yeah! Though, he looks a bit bright for a Firescales, since Peril does not really glow. She just burns, really really bad. (Though, Cleril is the one and only ship, and I shall let none other sail!)
I wonder how Spyro's powers would interact with the world, since he can do all of the breaths, not just one. Hmm, that on top of the Firescales, he would be unstoppable. Though, that does sound like a fun idea.

I mean, it makes sense. PyroSpyro here technically looks like a Firescales, and if he was transplanted into WoF universe, where dragons age a lot faster, him being 13-21 as in my work makes him an adult, a proper one. So, depending on Peril's age, they're still a match, since I'm quite convinced Peril is older than Clay. Course, it does shift things away from Cleril, which is a shame, but... Yeah.
