I was apparently being dramatic last week when I posted the WIP of this, once I started working on the lighting I was fine and very much not burnt out. I just needed some sleep and a few days away from this piece. Starting to notice a trend where I stick with orange-blue lighting palettes...but I also feel like I'm getting better at drawing couples that look more relaxed and natural. I was really bad at drawing people interacting with other people before, but it doesn't feel as intimidating anymore, so that's a win.

For those who haven't followed the saga of WIPs over the last few weeks, my only explanation for this is...that it was a crack ship I jokingly came up with while chatting about Echoes, and then I sat and thought about it for more than half a second and decided, no I like this actually, which led to me being sad that there was zero (0) artwork for it, despite some of the weirder crack ships I've seen floating around for FE. So I made art for it. That's it, that's was my entire motivation behind this piece. Crack ship that I'm only slightly serious about.
