I dunno abou you but I like it, I don't find it sloppy!
for practise I recommend you trying to draw with 100% opacity and around 20% flow, and try to shade with 0% hardness.
last time I did that I learned stuff!

Thanks. Though I'm not sure about shading w/ airbrush, as I wanted to preserve the "brush strokes" and loose look, but thank you anyway!
