Here she is, after much contemplating and rearranging. The results of the Plain Yellow Contest have struck this
As I said, most of the elements are from the first place winner, ~j3nov4 , however, I tried to work in as many other elements from the other entries in as well...

She isn't exactly complete, but I thought I'd post what I have so far...

That reminds me of crusader armor in a couple of ways, i have no idea what those ways are but yeah...
Its actually really cool how you use movement through the ribbons and the fan, which seems to be causing wind, and through the branches extending back so far.
also the color scheme really does her justice, the dark red really works well the yellow and browns in her fur and branches. the little charm on one branch is a nice touch and the chinese dragon style wind looks really good in your pic.
