Description
It did take a while to set up (days on working on it on and off)but this is now every color that I tend to work with or plan to work with. The longest part was sorting each and every color by its realitve hue and luminosity (basically how bright the color is)
I put them in 6 groups, Red, Orange, Green, Blue, Purple, and Gray.
At the bottom of each group are the most pale / desaturated colors from that particular group
Yellow is in the Green group, by the way. Yellow would have made the Orange group too large, and I did not want it by itself... Yellow need friends, so he's hanging out with all the greens!
Each color is diffrent enough to where I can at least tell they are two diffrent shades or tones of the same color. Sure, there are a lot of bright yellows, possibly too many, but if you picked two and put them side by side, you probably would see enough of a dffrence
Pinks, Reddish-Pinks, Reds, and Reddish Browns
Red-Oranges, Oranges, Golds, and Orangish Browns
Yellows, Limes, Greens, and pale greens
Cyans, Sky Tones, Blue, and plae blues
Indigoes, Violets, Magentas, and pale purples
Just a bunch of grays. Some are coolrer or warmer than others
And there's a couple colors I use for skethcing down there at the bottom
