These swatches were taken from the Delux series of paints. I used thier mobile app and made a bunch of screenshots.

I get that these kinds of paints are for houses, but the color choises are pretty good with a mix of saturated and de-satureated colors. At the very least, it's a good pallete for backgropunds or more realistic works. the overall pallete may not be saturated enough for those who work with cartoons.
