【History】
Throughout the past hundred years, Mayor Franklin's family has been shaping the future of Jarr, with many of his family members having played key roles in it's development and discovery. His great great grandfather was among one of the very first pioneers to inhabit the island and aid in the establishment of Domoko City, where his family has held prominent status in all generations to follow. While fearful that he could never live up to his forefather's names, Reginald has done quite well for himself, and years of tireless dedication to the community has landed him in the esteemed position of Mayor, where he continues to do his best for the island and all those who inhabit it.

As a child, he certainly wasn't what one would expect of the person he's grown to be. His mother passed away from an unfortunate accident when he was just a boy, leading to a decline in his efforts towards schooling and otherwise. This ultimately lead to him failing high school and acting out through various means of rebellion and settled into a period of grief, where his father was able to guide him through with a more level head. He was able to turn pain into a tool for productivity, inspiring those around him to dedicate their all to what they love.
