Sweets grew up in a small town along side his mother and father He is an only child, his best friend Romeo being the closest thing to a sibling that he has ever known. The two have been friends since elementary school, and even dated briefly in middle school, though they've agreed to never speak of it.
He graduated high school with stellar grades, but dropped out halfway through college due to stress at home. Originally intending to become a massage therapist, Sweets fell back on the family trade of farming when he moved to Jarr, though he enjoys writing romantic novels in his free time, often inspired by past relationships, of which there are many. He's had good relationships and bad, though for one reason or another he always winds up single or in short term flings. Other pass times include baking and turning jelly beans into various flavorful jams.
During the month of October his physical appearance drastically changes, something he is mildly sensitive to. He does not allow it to keep him from doing his job around the farm or delivering products to local bakeries and cafes, though he does become notably more reclusive. His father and fellow candy corn is also effected by these changes during the autumn season, something Sweets has always taken silent comfort in, despite the two not being on the best of terms as of late.
