Yes. The production design and color palattes in Batman Forever and Batman & Robin is so vibrant. They really dipped Gotham City into a paint wheel compared to Batman and Batman Returns (which had the Black & White look).

yes they did, the first had the black and white tone because Tim Burton directed them. Jack Nicholson is still my all time favorite Joker, he pulled off the role perfectly.
