whiplash had one of the best redesigns of the 200X series. it's like they just took the concept of a lizard man and ignored most of his initial design. good thing too, it was so ugly. the update was... well it was ugly too, but it was a cool ugly. a menacing ugly. too bad his personality on the cartoon wasn't as great as his updated look.
