Description
The Tesserarius Class was designed with three simple goals in mind:1: To guard Humankind's interests throughout the Galaxy.
2: To serve as a fleet's primary weapon against enemy capital ships.
3: To represent the scientific and engineering prowess of Humankind.
To this end, little expense was spared in the ship's design and construction. It is the first ship to (legally) carry the Zeus AWC-9909, a powerful planet busting cannon. Its other armaments all capital class weapons, while this does give the ship a terrifying edge in 1 on 1 combat with other capital ships it leaves it somewhat vulnerable to attack from small craft and swarm missiles. To cover for this the ship always acts as the centerpiece of a larger fleet.
