Decent. Flat, of course, the pose is nice but not very active and the angle is pretty mundane. A bit more of an "action shot" would be ideal. It also seems like you copped some stuff straight from Zapi to Zapdos, and the wings of Zapdos look kind of 'off,' in that they're a little too angular to be natural.
There's nothing horribly wrong, and you did a good job with anatomy (and the pose, which is good for what it is, though I prefer something more active).
It looks to me like this was fairly quick, you could probably surprise yourself with what you could produce if you spent a lot of time on something.
