Garrus actually seems to enjoy his food here (Tali's a better cook than Shepard, I take it). Simply wonderful and precious, this is.

Actually, judging by the shape and position of the head crests, I'm pretty sure that's a female turian. [link]
Plus, Tali has way more straps and belts and such on her enviro-suit.
Still, you raise a good point as anything a human would make would likely be poisonous to turians (mirror chirality and all that).
