Description
During Betterwithsalt's latest Picarto stream, a Soul Silver Nuzlocke, his player character was named Chloe, and the rival was named Richard (and if you know the rival's behavior and the nickname for Richard then 2 + 2 = 4). I had the idea to draw his Chloe with a Typhlosion and Richard with a Feraligatr, after asking Salt if that's ok with him, he said yes.

So... Richard has pale cyan skin, as Folans have blues instead of browns, red irises, and dark purple hair to counter Chloe's light pink hair. I mixed the clothing choices of both Chloe's debut and her beach picture into a black tank top with blue shorts, I also gave Richard a pair of red pants and a white button-up shirt to give this sort of snobby attitude towards him, which when combined with his smug expression, cements him as a bit of a Richard.
