I HOPE THIS COMIC MAKES SENSE AT LEAST A LITTLE //DROPKICKED OFF CLIFFSo I'm constantly stalking the fan fiction gallery of the official 'Mandrake Boys' game's website and I come across this really funny fic featuring the three main characters of the "Childhood Friends" themed mandrake seed e u e There's this fangirl named Tori who enjoys writing fics about two of her classmates, Jinhae (wavy haired mister handsome who obviously has something for his friend) and Dallae (completely oblivious cutie glasses guy), and in this particular fic Jinhae catches her writing sugary shounen ai drabbles of them and demands more from her (with more instructions on the types of stories he liiiiiiiikessss) Decided to try drawing this in my messy style cause I love how Jinhae can be all handsome and cool and nice and then behind his perfect mask he's got this sly fox that does anything to achieve what he wants! *v*
gosh I just realized how messy and disproportionate my art is???? lies down forever what is this constant love hate relationship with clean art haha I want it but I don't want it???? does that make sense?? //shot
Man I should be working on my art club exhibit piece but you know... whenever you've got a deadline coming you just want to procrastinate endlesslyyyyyy
Maybe I should get to cleaning out my message box. Yeah, I think I should. waargh

ahh thank you so much! I'm planning on doing so, I've been getting a little more familiar with sketching directly onto the canvas without having to scan traditional sketches ;v;
Hopefully I'll have more time for OC stuff after the art exhibit is over!

Oohh... you scan your sketches? I've always been too lazy to turn on the scanner... I swear it sounds like a dying R2D2 everytime I plug it in. =.=;;;

I suppose it can't be helped, since it caters to a wider range of enthusiasts ;v;
same goes for fan art - it gets a lot more exposure than original art to start with, though of course it's entirely up to the artist on which path they choose to pursue, fan works or original~ same goes for casual writers I suppose!
