I listened to Big Shot on loop while drawing this.

With the cunning of Gravity Fall's Bill Cipher and the comical nature of Hat in Time's Snatcher, Dollar Smile is wild, exuberant, and plays by his own rules. He's the kind of character I have around when I want to act like a colossal dork. :^)

As the name implies, he smiles. A lot. In fact, he is physically incapable of not smiling, even when he talks. Just picture any eye expression combined is a big smile, and you get DS.
