Well, I can't wait to see Agent 1 and Agent 2 that may make their appearances very soon! lol I guess at least Pluto's boss did not call in the middle of their mission to accidentally distract them. What kind of job was Pluto working for?

Think the Splatoon equivalent to any fast food chain. Since Turf Wars are seemingly always closed, many inklings got low paying jobs in order to keep their apartments.

Oh yeah, due to lack of electrical source assuming the Great Zapfish was stolen from weeks to months, it make sense that there are severe lack of ink battles for any Inkling to gain proper income. Although I don't think all Inklings only earn their livings from Turf Wars or Ranked Battles but I do imagine some would have to work other jobs instead like working in cafés and such. Hm, oh wait, that also requires electricities depending on their jobs. Oof. Kinda sad that every citizens of Inkopolis, including jellyfishes and other species, only rely on living beings (Great Zapfish, Zapfishes) to preserve their electric energy. ^^"

Well, if gas power still exists they could use that. Renewable energy in wind and water are more likely to be backups if the Zapfish are stolen but it isn't as good as the Zapfish. It's enough to sustain businesses but not enough to keep Turf Wars running.
