This stuff is mad with compiz fusion!! 
Do you think you could make some 360 degrees artscapes for the compiz software (linux desktop environement)?
Such images has to be of a high resolution. Usualy, they are 4 times larger than an usual screen, stretched to 75% on the large, and must loop, whitch means that both left and right's pixels has to fit nicely.
Also, that stuff could be published on deviantart, users using not compiz could crop a section of the images to fit their screen, and the website compiz-themes.org would love to have their users have a lot of stock to usewuith the software
And who knows.. Such images, as they might be rare and harder to make, might end up in a pack supported by the original makers!
I wait your thoughts.
