Very well done. There are a lot of excellent little nuances in this piece that really help to hold your attention. Nice pose.

I like what you did with the view through the window. Is that an hdri/jpg? Nice posing too.

I rendered Stonemason's Pool House in a HDRI environment for the window's background. Thanks for the comment!

say what? have I missed a trick? I thought you could only render to jpg or png. How did you do it? Thanks.

The background was rendered separately, cropped to fit, filled the rest of the image to the exact size of first layer to hold the portion I wanted to show in place and rendered. There are numerous ways to accomplish the same thing, paste separate images together, render two models at the same time or apply image to a flat or curved plane. Depends on time management, how fast you need it. Thanks for asking!

Ah, I wondered, you can render a full 360 in Blender, don't ask me how but I know you can.

I don't really know that software. My businesses keep me so busy (12-18 hour days) and renovating the house is a huge priority as well. I just focus on Daz. I'm seeing progress in the last four months gained by brute force production and lots of experimentation and Daz has improved a lot from when I began.

Ah, Blender is free but like Daz it needs a lot of time putting in to learn it. I'm only just starting to scratch the surface and I think it's way more complicated that Daz so that says a lot!. Yeah, Daz is much better from looking at promos. It's a pity some people are still using 3Dlight, their work would look so much better in iray.

I actually have it on my other computer but haven't done much with it. Iray gave my work more freedom to create, 3Delight kept me busy with post-work corrections. I'm not a purist, however one gets an image is fine by me. Daz content creators are my selected team to move the process along. I would never hand build a piano in order to play a musical composition. I really couldn't spare the time.Lol

Great way to put it, I totally agree. You get a lot of people tell you, with a hint of shame, that it was post work. So, what? If you did it faster or better that way then, good for you!

I've studied with some major international artists whether they use teams of people to get it done or non-purist methods they simply don't worry about such trivia. however it's done they excell.

Right! I don't think I've seen your Gallery before. You've got some really beautiful work. I'll have to have a look when I've got more time.

I'm a bit like that. I wasn't when I first started but these days if I make it I post it, though I do say, 'I'm not happy with it' or something.

Working on a screen that doesn't have true black. Color is too hot. Not used to it I usually check it on a Sony screen. Looked fine on the other. Thanks for the fave.
