Description
Decided to go back to the style shading I used to use while doing the Crazy Chair image and such.Was going to do a BG for this but couldn't decide on how to do it so left it without.
Started this one about a month ago and forgot about it for a while, just finished it off today.
program: Opencanvas 3.03e plus + colour tweaking and such afterwords with Photoshop.
time taken: absolutely no idea.
Can't think of a title, so it's just the date of completion atm.

i'm actually disappointed about this picture... i mean it's a great drawing and all, but it just seems really stiff to me, not at all lifelike. maybe it's due to the lack of background, or the grown woman's unnaturally-positioned right elbow, or the way she's holding the little girl (looks like she's holding a feather), or the lack of emotion from what i can find in the grown woman's face... still, a very well-coloured, detail galore picture, as always.

I agree with you about the pic's problems. Probably why I decided to quickly finish this one off.
I'm thinking of making another version of this pic, with a better pose and hopefully more feeling to it.
