Introducing the Combians! A race of bee-like aliens who live in sheltered lives in Krysalis and have to defend their home against the Vespiens.

There are 3 types of Combians.

1. Nectar Gatherers - an all female occupation in which the Combian workers gather nectar from nearby plants with an extraction device.

There are vials where the nectar is collected and when it's filled, it is magnetically stored to the Vial Belt.

Nectar Gatherers also possess visors that allow them to detect nearby nectar. The Combian headset also includes a microphone and speaker to allow communication with other gatherers.

2. Combian Guards - This role is a unisex position, but is mostly female. Both the Guards and Queen possess a long honey scepter weapon with a powerful ion tube that if used too much without a cooldown, it will explode. The blasts from these "Stingers" are devastating.

Unlike the Nectar Gatherers or the Queen, Guards are very fast and agile on both feet and wings.

The antennae of the Combian Guards are smaller than the other Combians.

The Combian Guards utilizes a aircraft similar to the Spyder Ryders known as Drones.

3. Combian Queen - The young of future Combian Queen are fed a special blend of honey created only by the current Queen.

The current Queen of the Combian race is Queen Apis Honeydew.

The hexagonal surfaces on the front of the Combians bodies act as a computer, communicator and other various purposes.

They have another hexagonal piece of tech attached to their backs. This projects a pair of functional holographic wings. The Combians are normally flightless, but this tech allows them to fly whenever they want.

Why have Drones when they have wings? It's more for armored defenses.
