By far one of my few favorite characters of the series. XD

Xotl is a member of a hyper-intelligent race of aliens known as the Cephalons. They have the abilities of telekinesis and can project force fields with their massive brains.

They do not have vocal chords so they communicate with a device linked to their brain to transmit their thoughts into words.

They know every language and can project spoken languages of their choice through the aforementioned device.

Xotl is an ally to Spyder-7624.

Xotl's design is inspired by the Web Crawler design for Goosebumps Horrortown's "It Came from the Internet" event, while the device is inspired by the same device used for Doug in Disney's Up.
