Description
~watcher20 also suggest an eel and a cockroach. Drawn at my friends house...and I have no idea what to name them. ~watcher20 , anybody, wanna give a try? I'll put up what info I've come up with.Eelect (Top Left; Name Origin: Eel + Electric)
Zap Eel Pokemon
Water/Electric Type
Ability:
Static: Paralyzes on contact
Volt Absorb: Turns electricity into HP.
Basic Pokemon
Flavour Text
EELECT are usually found in murky rivers and the depths of the ocean. They are notarious for shocking swimmers and fishermen.
Moradiat (Left; Name Origin: Moray + Radiate)
Surge Eel Pokemon
Water/Electric Type
Ability:
Static: Paralyizes on contact
Volt Absorb: Turns electricity into HP.
Stage 1 Pokemon (Evolves from Eelect at level 25)
Flavour Text
MORADIAT generate enough electricity to light up the darkest trenches of the ocean. Once MORADIAT sinks its fangs into its prey, it will shock it mercilessly until its ready to feed.
Totroach (Top Right; Name Origin: Toddler (Tot) + Roach)
Tiny Roach Pokemon
Bug Type
Ability:
Gluttony: This Pokemon uses Held Berries quicker
Simple Minded: Effects from the user's Hold Items and Attacks are increased.
Basic Pokemon
Flavour Text
A common sight in big cities, and considered pests to most, TOTROACH are generally unwanted Pokemon. They can eat virtually anything and have been known to survive on dust particals.
Ankroach (Middle Right; Name Origin: Tank + Roach, pun on Encroachment)
Armored Roach Pokemon
Bug/Poison Type
Ability:
Gluttony: This Pokemon uses Held Berries quicker
Simple Minded: Effects from the user's Hold Items and Attacks are increased.
Stage 1 Pokemon (Evolves from Totroach at level 20)
Flavour Text
ANKROACH are amazingly durable Pokemon, which has led to them becoming major pests in homes. The best method of getting rid of ANKROACH are to wait until they run out of food.
Buliroach (Bottom Right; Name Origin: Bully/Bullet + Roach)
Dash Roach Pokemon
Bug/Poison Type
Ability:
Gluttony: This Pokemon uses Held Berries quicker
Simple Minded: Effects from the user's Hold Items and Attacks are increased.
Stage 2 Pokemon (Evolves from Ankroach if leveled up at night while holding a Quick Claw)
Flavour Text
BULIROACH speed through homes and cities on a never ending search for food. BULIROACH'S dashes can actually leave it blind for brief periods as its eyes adjust to its surroundings again.
And that's all I got...
EDIT: Info Added!
Thanks to ~watcher20 for the names Eelect and Moradiat.

Cool. I figure Eelect comes from eel and electric, but what does Moradiat come from? Moray and Diatomic are the only things that come to my mind.

Why didn't I see that? I guess because I didn't expect that kind of subtle blending of words. I gotta admit, it makes the name a whole lot easier to say.

Thanks. I love the "k" in place of the "c" in cool. It harkens back to my days of Mortal Kombat. Good times...good times.

Yep! I make a lot of Pokemon since they're relatively simple to draw and take almost no planning. Matter of fact, I'm pretty much open to suggestions on what creatures to make into Pokemon, if you'd like to take part.

Nice
P.S. I think the eel should've been the water type starter, but that's ok.
2nd P.S. The eels look a lot like my ideas.

If I threw in some lungfish details, it would probably be a good starter, but it wouldn't be as effective against Erudivon and Kimerdia.
And I assumed someone would have something similar to the eel, since an electric eel seemed like a common idea for a Pokemon.
Thanks, bud!

Mine are, Tunip (Tuna + Nip), Koil (Koi + Coil), Tsunagi (Tsunami + Unagi).
P.S. If you use any of these names for your pokemon, please give me some credit.

If I do, I definitely will. (I was somewhat iffy about asking you about your ideas because I was worried you'd think I was just trying to steal your ideas. )
Currently, though, I think I'll go with ~watcher20 's ideas of Eelect and Moradiat. (I'm still waiting to find out where Moradiat comes from.)
Of course, you could always help name the little roach, too. (I just can't think of a name for him.)
Good ideas, too. I haven't thought of using Japanese in my Pokemon names yet, strange as it may seem.
