A Little Character Development for Shalot

The 140th Annual Time Patroller Martial Arts Tournament is underway, as Shalot enters the tournament, hoping to get stronger and challenge herself. Unfortunately for her, she effortlessly makes it all the way to the Semi-Finals with barely any injuries, although the same could not be said about her punished armor. He next fight is against a Human Time Patroller named, Almund. Shalot is surprised that a human has even made it to the Semi-Finals as humans are considered to be the weaker race compared to Saiyans and Namekians. After a few blows, Shalot has pushed Almund against a wall as he is severely injured from the female Saiyan's attacks. Shalot begins to feel rather dissapointed of the match, Almund wasn't even able to land a hit on her, which caused her to feel bored as she knew she was stronger than him. The crowd goes wild for Shalot, as they chant her name. Shalot looks up at the crowd and smiles, a rare occasion, as it can be rather difficult to make her smile. Suddenly the crowd gasps which converts Shalot's happiness to confusion when almost immediately she feels a sharp pain and falls down to her hands and knees. Her body feels completely drained out of nowhere, which completely worries Shalot. Terrified she looks at her back side to see that her opponent, Almund, had clamped her tail while she was distracted, which has left her completely powerless as a Saiyan's tail is the most sensitive part of their bodies. Shalot, frozen in udder disbelief and unable to move, just continues to stare at Almund, anger envelopes her as she has never felt so humiliated before in her life. She did not know what was more embarrassing; forgetting to wrap her tail in combat, or the fact that a pathetic human was able to get the better of her. As a result of her pinning, according to the tournament rules, she was technically declared unable to fight and loses the match, eliminating her from the tournament.

Several hours later, Shalot sits in one of the arena's locker rooms, alone, recollecting over and over the humiliation that had occurred to her. Every time she plays back the incident in her head, rage starts to swell up within her. Eventually the rage had overflown her senses and she lets out a loud scream before jabbing her fist into the concrete wall next to her, damaging the wall. Her temper creates a shock wave through the wall that shakes the entire arena like an earthquake for several seconds. Shalot, overwhelmed with anger vows that she will never let anyone get the best of her again and make a fool out of her. Shalot knows her tail can sometimes get in her way, and knows she can cut it off if she wants too, but she wants to train more and become power powerful before deciding to part with Great Ape form for good. One things for certain, ever since this incident, she will never forget to wrap her tail around her waist when she fights again.
