You can not make a new character so that its personality would fit the wolf you want to adopt. The characters submitted 5-2-1010 or after are not allowed
That's one of the rules. To explain... Let's say we have a random deviand who just saw this batch and wants to adopt one of the wolves. But none of his characters match. So he creates a new character so that it would fit perfectly to mate desires. That is not allowed.

but i ddi make Kaish befor that batch, see two weeks ago i made him, his personality and evreything, i went to submit him but my computer was screwing up, so i could not submit anything, and thats the truth, i made Kaish two weeks ago, and when i saw whatmate Fithu was looking for, he was my only male who had no mate, so i thorght hay that great, ill see if i can macth em up, and so a computer fixer finally came in and checked it out, he said the computer was only slow and something was wrong with the internet, so he fixed that up and i submitted Kaish's design, and im telling the truth
